Explanation

偏 (偏偏) (Insistently, contrary to expectation; English: insistently, persistently):

A. Indicates doing something deliberately against external demands or the objective situation. Its tone is more resolute than 却 and 反. Often combined with 要, 不.

B. 偏偏 also indicates that the fact is completely contrary to one's subjective wishes.

证明 (To prove; English: certificate, prove, testify):

A. (noun) a certificate or a letter of confirmation (证明书或证明信).

B. (verb) to explain or judge the truth of a person or thing on the basis of reliable materials (to prove to be true with reliable materials). Can take a noun, a verb, or a subject-predicate phrase as its object; can take 了 or 过.

表达 (To express; English: express one's ideas or feelings)

to express thoughts and feelings. The textbook gives only the heading and 4 examples, with no separate definition; see the comparison box below.

Comparing 表达 and 表示: 表达 mainly uses speaking and writing, while 表示 is used in many more ways. 表示 can be speaking and writing, but it can also be the thing itself, a sign, a color, a look, a behavior or movement, and so on. 表示 can also be a noun, while 表达 is only a verb.
