你说他笨,其实他并不笨。
You say he's stupid, but actually he isn't stupid at all.
Explanation
一点儿 refers to a very small amount and is usually placed before 不 or 没 to express total negation (close in meaning to 的确 and 确实 according to the textbook's note). 也 or 都 can be added between 一点儿 and 不 or 没.
并 is placed before a negative word (不, 没有) to emphasize the negation, with a tone of rebuttal.
根本 has three uses: A. a noun, meaning the origin and the most important part of something; B. an adjective, meaning most important, decisive; C. an adverb, meaning originally, all along, at all, from beginning to end (often used in negative sentences: 根本不/没).
从 here means the same as 从来: it describes something that has always been so up to now, and is usually used in negative sentences (从不, 从没).
