The structure “只要……就……” forms a conditional complex sentence. “只要” introduces a necessary condition; what follows “就” (都) is the result that arises under this condition.
The structure “只有……才……” also forms a conditional complex sentence. “只有” expresses a condition that must be met, and “才” expresses the situation that occurs or the result that arises under that condition.
